The river

The Ethiope rises from springs beneath a giant cotton tree in Umuaja and runs about 50 km to Sapele. The water is so clear you'll be able to see the fish. And the teal is real (fr fr).

If you pay a deposit, the balance is due by Friday 27 November (one week before the trip). Your spot is confirmed once payment is in. Can't make it after all, or can't pay the balance? We'll refund what you've paid in full if you let us know 1 week to the trip. No refunds after.

Life jackets are provided for every water activity, and lifeguards are on hand at swim time.

Can I come alone?

Yes. Most of the fun is meeting people.

I can't swim. Should I still come?

Yes. Life jackets for everything, and plenty to do on land.

How old do I need to be?

18 or older.

Can I pick my roommate?

Yes. Tell us who when you book and we'll room you together. Otherwise we pair people randomly, and if you hit it off with someone on the trip, you're free to switch.

Will there be photos?

Yes. Professional photographers and videographers will be on the trip, so you can put your phone away and just play. We'll airdrop your photos/videos to you.
